Booking terms
The following terms apply to all direct bookings with EasyLivin.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from EasyLivin. Submitting a booking request does not automatically reserve the dates.
Payment
Payment details are provided after the booking request has been accepted. Payment is due as specified in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is available until 48 hours before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Details are provided before arrival. Flexible times may be available by arrangement — please contact us.
House rules
Guests must respect the house rules, neighbours and quiet hours. Smoking is not permitted inside the properties. Pets are not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
