Booking & pricing
Is the booking confirmed immediately?
No. When you send a request through EasyLivin.no, we confirm availability and total price in writing. Your stay is only confirmed after written confirmation.
Is payment taken on the website?
No payment is taken directly on the website. Payment details are provided after availability has been confirmed.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are confirmed before booking. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival applies for standard stays.
Is cleaning included?
Cleaning details are included in the total price confirmed before booking.
How do I book?
Click the 'Book now' button on any property page, choose your dates and send the booking request form. We respond within 2 hours to confirm availability and provide payment details. Your booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from EasyLivin.
Check-in & check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Flexible times are available by arrangement — just let us know.
Can I check in late at night?
Yes — flexible check-in is available including after midnight. Contact us with your expected arrival time when you book and we will arrange everything.
Amenities
Is WiFi included?
Yes — high-speed WiFi is included at no extra cost.
Is parking included?
Yes — free private parking is included for all guests, right outside the property.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The guesthouse has a simpler setup: fridge, microwave, cooker and a Nespresso machine.
Is linen and towels included?
Yes — all bed linen and towels are included.

How close are the properties to Torp Airport?
The properties are located in Ranvik, Sandefjord, approximately 14 km from Torp Airport (about 15 minutes by car).
How far is Sandefjord city centre?
About 2 km — 5 minutes by car or 15–20 minutes on foot along the coastal path.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes — transfer to or from Torp Airport is NOK 420 per trip. Book at the same time as your accommodation.
